Today was the day i put my words into action.after talk so much of dieting and excercise,i finally do it.actually monday i started to jog but was not considered as i eat so much which means that it was wasted.So today i went to the gym to train to lose weight.So i was going all out running and carry weights.But my main intention is to lose weight .It's not as easy as it looks to lose weight.i tell u excercising for me is like a battle.Firstly sometimes u need to fight yr laziness before u start excercise.After i won that war,when i started running on trademill or outside,i have got an urge to just stop after running a bit.Again i will need to fight it and then until i am damn exhausted or reach my target then i will stop.Not only running i now will start control my diet.Reduce my intake of food.Eating the right kind of food will keep me stronger.Even eating also got battle.sometimes i feel like eating more when i finished eating .so again i have to fight the urge of eating.U people must be asking why do i make myself suffer so much?During my sch days and Ns days i was thin but after tat eat eat so much until got stomach.And i have a target in mind.i want to try experience running in a marathon.i want to show that whenever i put my mind on it, i can do it.Now my leg are hurting and my head is spinning.Got to rest man!u can consider this a crap entry if u want to.Hahahhaa
